We tipped the doorman/manager when we arrived to ensure we had a good time in advance, but he didn't even check in during our meal which was disappointing. The waitress was great so we tipped her. The food was appalling. My wife's meal was reheated, overcooked pasta. With dog food for meatballs and a tasteless tomato sauce. I wont be going again as its become progressively worse since its opened a few years back. I would recommend any other restaurant at Whiteley over Frankie and Benny's sadly.December 05, 2016
